Draft LOL Champ 6

Selah, The Homeless One

Attributes: Support (assassin&carry maybe)

Melody a friend (apprentice+admirer/rival) of summoner Istvaan (from Fiddlestick story) was one of the advocates against extra planar summoning. she maintained that there was no need to summon creatures from other worlds. there have been enough magical monstrosities created through the Runewars that there should be no need to.
She maintained that any of the other worlds were inhabited mostly by harmless creature who just want to be left alone. She set out to prove this using the knowledge that Istvaan taught her to try to summon a bunny from the most distant and disconnected place thus far found.
It worked ... sort of.
other summoners remembering the summoning of Fiddlesticks attempted to interrupt her spell. Only the creatures soul arrived, leaving its body at home. But this was not noticed for quite some time.
At first it was assumed that Melody failed and went mad. as a result Melody  was exiled from the Summoners guild she ended up wandering the streets of Zaun homeless and destitute. she should have died of old age by now but has re-emerged with a split personality. She claims the other half is Selah whose soul has taken residence within her.
Melody has taken on the title of "The Homeless" and decided to return to the League of Legends to make sure that nobody else is made homeless through their so called "war prevention games" This time though she will be acting as a champion not a summoner.
When participating in league matches Selah is summoned out of Melod's mind onto the fields of justice.
Some people speculate that Selah is not really a harmless bunny but a superpowerd entity or the spirit of a star and only a portion of its power can be used in this realm, some people claim it is an insanity a virus or a parasite.

League Judgment:

"To remind you summoners why you shouldn't summon creatures from Elswhere. I will teach you empathy"

Ethereal Essence (Innate) - Since Selah has no body to call her own her mana acts as her health. and damage done is taken from her manabar instead of her health. When her mana reaches zero she is unsummoned.

//there are a few champs with only health bars, this is the opposite. Selah is a very magical entity.
//health items will have their effects added to the host minion.champ but be irrelevant for Selah

[Q] Dimensional Dodge - Selah focuses antidimensional energies around her to protect her host.
(Passive) increases her tenacity 8/10/12/14/16 (+0.25AP)
(Toggle) Dodge increased by 1% for each 2% mana available. +50% dodge at full mana.
costs 10 mana per dodge

//this should quickly drain your manna to ~10% but not drain it all the way to zero. leave it on for a nice passive boost or save it and your mana for emergencies. necessary to have on when in bunny for as you have no physical defence
//the tenacity part of this ability may be unnecessary, possibly this is only relevant when not possessing a champion?

[W] Astral Attack (Active) - Selah focuses on the next attack adding her AP as magic damage.

    Cost: 25 mana
    Cooldown: 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 seconds

//Similar to Blitzcranks punch but no stun. this and [R] are your only ways to attack when homeless.

[E] Transiency (Active) - Temporarily reside within anothers body stacking all your stats to theirs. As Selah grows she can control larger creatures. Baron Nashor is to large though.

When in possession of a minion:
    Minion gains manabar, when the minion dies Selah is ejected into her bunny form. All stats from items are added to the minion and the Selah takes full control of the minion.
When attempting to posess an allied champion:
    Selahs mana is added as a sheild to that champs healthbar. On separation 50% of the remaining health goes into Selahs mana and 50% remains with that champion. If the champion dies so does Selah.
    All non unique items stats from the first 3 items are added to the host champion. Selah can use her abilities but cannot control movement.

    Can posses: Minions/Small jungle creeps/Jungle with buff/ dragon/ Superminions
    Range: 750
    Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 seconds

//the really interesting part of the champ.This means that any item is valid for Selah to build. you can get ferried around by your lane mate or go jungelling and posses lizard rather than killing him.
//Don't really want a Fiddlesticks with 12 deathcaps, scary to think about it.Changed to 3 items only. I suppose the base stats would not be added to a champ either.
//shield is similar to mord or blitz.
//enemies can identify her on a minion because the minion has a manabar, that is all.

[R] Homesickness (active) - Selah gives an enemy champion a look that says "I miss home and it is so far away" Both are caught in an empathic link stunning them and losing allied vision. mana is drained from the enemy to Selah.

     Snare for 1 second
     Cost: 150 / 200 / 250 mana
     4/6/8% +0.3AP mana is transferred per second
     Cooldown: 150 / 140 / 130 seconds

//helpful to gank like with nocturns [R]. also can be used as a lifesteal, the only lifesteal available actually.
//note that this also snares the host champion, they might not like you for it even though their manasheild is increased.
//you may end up with less mana than you started with. Maybe there should be no mana cost?

a homeless girl in a hooded rag cloak, when you attempt to leave the summoners platform a bunny ghost jumps out. (or some other woodland creature)
you use the bunny untill you can posess somebody.
Possessing a minion is a ninja action, without any particle effects from items you will be hidden, exept for the mana bar.
Possessing a champion can add the ghost version of that champ. either slightly larger or with a delat to animations to make the champ look blurry.
Or her rabbit image follows said champ. (less particle effect this way.)

//This still feels a bit too OP. but I did the two things I wanted. Mana for health and the possession thing. There is no lore yet (that I know of) relating to the people who didn't like summoning from other planes.

Draft LOL Champ 5

inspired after playing Yorric. I was thinking before yorrick came out that he would be controlling a legion of minions and get kills from people trying to wade through them. This approach is a little different. More like they are purely for utility. So I though what if a % of your stats is distributed evenly amongst your summons. So that you don't gain any extra power only more diversity.
Passive - Revival
standing in melee range of a champions corps for 3 seconds revives their flesh (not a ghost) the reanimated flesh has 10% health and can only auto attack. When you revive a trinitarian it returns to your control. All 3 Trinitariands need to be dead at the same time for you to be killed.
[Q][W][E] All function the same way with special effects
First press activates that third, second press toggles Focus, where the other 2 thirds stand back to back.
eg at level 1 I want to lead with [Q], so i take that skill. I press [Q] twice to activate him then get [W]&[E] to band together. Nor when I go in to fight minions I will be in melee range and [W]&[E] will stay ranges and safe.
at level 2 I take [E] so that the 2 melee thirds are together.I press [E] to switch control to him and [W] immediately splits off. I press [E] again so that [Q]&[W] are now fighting together.
After a bit all the other champs have left so I press [E] again to de-focus [Q]&[W], allowing me to get more last hits from all of us attacking separately, but with less damage.

[Q] The Aggressor
The bulky third, wields a too large Waraxe, range same as Xin
3% armor penetration
55% AS
30% Critical
15% MS
3 AD
[W] The Defender
The skinny third, uses martial arts to disable his enemies.
Physical attacks reduce your targets MS for 0.5 sec (as per Frozen Mallet)
units on melee range have their AS reduced by 10% (as per Frozen heart)
[E] The Recouperator
The fat third, She uses a ranged green lightning attack.
When one of the trinitarians uses an ability her next attack gains 100% AP (as per the lich bane) also if the enemy has mana half the damage is applied to the mana bar instead of health. Energy/Rage is not effected.

speedy, nuke. On attack you reappear on the opposite side or your target, this preserves your move speed when attacking in melee. Energy based champ. Lots of stacks to tell you what is happening. Should be an easy champ to play.

Hitting the same target consecutively reduces AD (opposite to Jax & warrick)
standing still reduced your MS (opposite of Ash)
each shown as a stack x5
irradiated units take 1hp damage per second until they are killed. stacks continuously.
should get lots of last hits with this and is also an antifeeding mechanism.

1 Chaotic Cartwheel
Just like the leap attack of Master Yi

Leap to the furthest enemy jumping on their head then bound back to where you were, doing magic damage to all enemies you pass over. ( a cross between svirs boomerang an crockodile dash)
aimed like the bomerang, an individual target is not selected.
Furthest unit takes 100 + 0.25 AD Physical damage
Units passed over take 50 +0.1 AP Magic damage

note that these are inspied by TGTIWLTP. They need a bit mor work and imagination before I link then to the LOL forums. bit I think I found where I saved them al a year ago and am placing them here tor the moment.
Will finish it eventually.

super slow attack, huge health and mana bars. healer, support

Healing aura for nearby units
enemies are disenchanted by the generosity and lose 4%AD and AP (negating the masteries buff)
Health regeneration increased by % of health missing (like the chalice of harmony)

1 Bodyguard
any progectile attacks that pass withing range get redirected to self, lasts 3 sec

2 Curse Curses
become more resilient to debuffs. tenacity 4/6/8/10/12
can be activated to transfer all allied debuffs to self, this disables the passive.

Transfer HP from self to ally, excess healing is splashed to surrounding units or added as a shield.
same range as auras.

4 Intimidate
Passive aggressive you buff yourself to look more buff, gaining 75%AD and 50%AP. you fear all enemies for 3 seconds.

needs to be nuked to be slain.

concept is that he is terrified of everything and wants to join the league to learn to be coragous like all the other champions. I suppose he is from some small wartorn village that has seen more than its share of destruction.
building confidence:
with each passing minuite that you are not killed you gain confidence in your abilities.
MR,AR,AD,AP are buffed by 1% per minute
you panic and leap away from the nearest enemy champ. your ajility stunns any enimies in mele range. as you get better at panicing you also flee from ememies faster
stunned for 0.5 +0.001AP seconds
CDR 5/4/3/2/1 seconds
range of leap same a s Kassidins jump, works over walls.

Passive movespeed bonus the oposite of what vayne has.
Cower in fear:
In terror you cower behind on of your allies, sobbing in their shaddow. They become protective of you gaining 50% your AP and MR.

you are silenced for the duration.
target allied champ. activating again or leaving range deactivates.
Noooo, I dont want to die. in a franctic panic you assult an enemy your hysteria cantches on to any allies nearby.
Attack speed increaced by the % health you are missing
Allied champs gain 50% of your AD and AR
targettable on enemy champ

Ecc 12 struck a cord

Do whatever you want when you are young but remember the Lord will take account of everything you do. For the day will come when you will not be able to hear a conversation for the sounds on the street and yet a bird in the night will keep you from sleeping.Your joints will ache and slow your movement. Your teeth all fall out and you will have to eat steak through a straw.

I read that somewhere recently. I'm sure of it. Maybe it was in proverbs. Took me over a week to find it again. I had been researching planar travel and some website sent me to verse 6 as proof that there is more than one dimension. It sounded like they were talking about Neverwinter Nights 2.

Trousers of Time

The way that I understand the omnipresence in inexplicableness of God is also the way that I understand the organised chaos theory. Through the trousers of time. I believe Terry Pratchett first introduced me to the Trousers of Time. The way it works is this. At any arbitrary point in time you can make a decision. For example weather to wear my unban camo trousers or my denim jeans. Once I have put on one set the the universe will be irrevocably altered. Just like trousers you can either put the left leg in first or the right. And since time (for us) only moves the one direction you cannot change your mind part way through. You can imagine what the universe would’ve been like if you were wearing urban camo but there is no way to know. Unless you are God. Trousers are like a fork in the road and also like a fork in the road there will be more choices to make. Will I have Spaghetti bog for tea or Spaghetti and meatballs? Now you have two Trouser like splits in time giving rise to four different possible universes. Its like trousers stuck on the leg of the trousers you just put on. And the choices go on forever, and sometimes there are even three legged trousers. Eventually the possibilities would end up like a plate of spaghetti.

I believe God can see every possible choice of trousers, be they camo or jeans, and can accurately depict what the universe would be like with any combination of trousers and spaghetti. Even where separate time streams recombine. For there are times when it is irrelevant to your choice of tea what trousers you are wearing. So regardless of your choice of Urban Camo you will still end up with the choice of Spaghetti bog or Spaghetti and meatballs. God doesn’t exist outside of the bowl of spaghetti he lives in it with us, but he can clearly comprehend every set of trousers.

So, our lives travel along one of these strands of spaghetti, like a photon in a fibre optic cable, twisting and turning wherever the spaghetti will take us. At each junction we make a choice and travel down one branch and not the other. Thus our reality is completely linear like a game of F3AR. Also unlike movies time always moves in the same direction and at the same pace, so we can never remake a decision once decided. Thus there is only one possible reality that we can experience.

But wait, what about the game F3AR? Is that not an alternate reality that can be experienced? Movies too, they are like our reality but strange things happen, like aliens building pyramids that then get attacked by Decepticons because a boy fell in love. Then if things can be experienced and shared they must exist, as per the qualification “I think therefore I am”. It’s also possible for me to imagine what life could’ve been like if I had chosen Jeans. Is that not nearly looking into a different strand of spaghetti in the trousers of time? But we still cant really get into these alternate realities for we always exist in the current one. Its sort of like a psionic translation or a sojourn of the soul then, after a while we reincarnate and return to the real world. I think these are like the meatballs in the spaghetti. You can access them from different places in the time stream but they are always the same; Some of them like movies can be accessed by lots of people while others like daydreams can only be accessed by you. And like two fibre optic cables, photons can only cross the divide when they touch each other. You can get lost within a meatball but eventually, you must reincarnate back to your original universe, the linear one.

So thats kind of how I understand Life, the Universe and the Trousers of Time. God knows the spin on every atom and every outcome that is possible from a single electron changing spin. To me life looks like complete and utter chaos. But yet it also kind of makes sence, at least I like to think so.

Anoikis's Warband 6: Finally

Finally it is over the last lord has fallen. Its been a week since I took the last castle over breakfast and I have been hunting undead since then. I am up to 6 skeletal horses now. But Finally the Sultanas gave in and Perl gets her throne. Not Off to make a name for myself. I think I'll find a husband and make it known that I want to be the Queen of all the land.

But first of is more food, seems we celebrated a little to much and we have run out.

Whats this as soon as I set foot into town I am assaulted by bandits. Don't they recognise me? Don't they know who I am? Well I gave them a few knocks so that they will remember for next time. Now... Where was I?

Don't take advantage of anybody just because they are poor and don't intimidate people when they are helpless. Or the Lord will sort you out, the Lord will make life difficult for anybody who makes life difficult for the poor or helpless.

Outerdimensional Octopus

Outerdimensional Octopus: A hero I started to make for LOL

Made a couple of these for League of Legends and found that I had to delete my cookies to post on the forums. Still haven't done it. So call this Draft one.

more CDR = more exiting special abilities + less reliance on auto attacks.

super dense octopus
tank, assassin, physical mage

take 10% less damage from all sources as you phase in and out of reality. This damage is converted into mana.
doe snot move as such, teleports from one location to the next. (permanent half flash move)

Tentacles reach out and snare the selected target, pulling them to yourself.
like a fishing rod every 0.5 seconds your target is snared for .2sec and pulled towards you. you cannot move for the duration of 3 seconds.
If you pull your target into melee range they are stunned for the remainder of the 3 seconds.
any units hit by your tentacles take 20+0.1AP physical damage.

W Flail
Passive: You fling a tentacle at any creatures that attack you, entangling them.
Effects the 1/2/4/6/8 most recent units to hit you, slowing their MS.
Units that pass through the tentacles take 0.1AP Physical damage
You swing your tentacles around you, slamming them into the ground. Doing extra damage for each entangled enemy.
AOE like Gangplank's Arrr targeted on self. randomly hitting units for 20+ 20Physical damage for each unit that has a tentacle attached.
Any tangled units take 100%AP magic damage when the effect ends.

E Teleport
You focus your teleportation skills and re-emerge in the exact same location as an enemy. Your victim takes damage as you phase into reality within them. The weaker they are the easier this is.
Spell cost is refunded by the % health they were missing
If you cause your victim to explode the cool down is refreshed.
(similar to Garens ult)

R Gravitate
Concentrate on becoming a physical reality. your density increases while you hold concentration, you cannot do it for long though and eventually return to semi-reality.
all units within a small range are pulled to you quickly
all units within a large range are pulled to you slowly
all units that hit you take 200 Physical damage
at the end all units are knocked up and flung  to the outer edge for 100+.5AP physical damage.

what would work god against bots? Tony does well pushing towers with himer in mid
possibly using jax I can backdoor and deprive a side lane of all minions, then run away.
they all have a lot of slow/stun
they are in a habit of porting in predictable spots.
